I have done all the yoga classes and hypnobirthing courses during pregnancy and still - something was missing: I lost the connection to my intuition. I played save and put myself second - and that’s not how life works: if your want to be happy.

I had the breathing techniques and skills for these painfree waves coming up in labour. The birth of my daughter did an unexpected turn - because I didn’t put myself first weeks before labour started.

In my courses you will reconnect to your deepest knowing. You are going to understand how to calm your nervous system and tell your needs when resistance comes up. Learn how to participate fear vs. intuition.

You are going to learn how to move your body and support your nervous system to move softly though labour, heal after birth and stay calm during daily mamahood activities.
